Well, sometimes it goes like this! During the video, you’ll see that we had the modified SEAL workout all ready on the workout board. First up was Crab Crawl (on Ab Dolly) and it started off fine, but then well, got a little off track. That’s okay – we laugh a lot at PFit even while we’re serious about fitness!
Recently, our client Steve completed a 1,000 pound challenge! One year after shoulder surgery, and 8 months after he started lifting again, Steve was able to get 250 on the bench, 375 on squats, and 375 on the bar for deadlift. We are proud to of Steve’s work and determination to get here!
