Well, sometimes it goes like this! During the video, you’ll see that we had the modified SEAL workout all ready on the workout board. First up was Crab Crawl (on Ab Dolly) and it started off fine, but then well, got a little off track. That’s okay – we laugh a lot at PFit even while we’re serious about fitness!
