At Personally Fit, we know you can’t manage what you do not measure, and that tracking your workouts and eating habits can help you reach your goals of getting stronger, more fit, and improve your health.
But summer is a tough time to stay on track. There are more barbecues and frosty beverages calling our names, to say nothing of vacations, having the kids out of school, and summer heat making it less fun to be outside.
So we’ve come up with something that will help us all get through the summer together – happily and healthily.
