Several things are running around in my mind that lead me to this post, all around the concept of weight loss and why it’s so darn difficult to accomplish!

We are running our Maintain, Don’t Gain program right now where we are offering support through the holidays to keep to our health and fitness goals. Last year, we had some people that even lost a few pounds during the contest!

And of course, January brings our annual weight-loss contest, 2017 Glenwood South Slimdown, which will start the week of January 23, in case you want to start thinking about teams!

Finally, there’s a new Nutrition Coaching program we’re going to offer in early 2017 from PersonallyFit and PrecisionNutrition. This is going to be very exciting and I can’t wait to tell you more…
