With a dusting of snow and a cold spell, cabin fever can set in. Spring is around the corner but many people have already felt their health and fitness Resolutions slip and the urgency of a bathing suit body hasn’t quite set in!
Try to be consistent even if you do not feel like it or if life gets “crazy”. Be Good Enough… a decent food and exercise plan you can stick with is always better than a perfect one you can’t.
Stick with the Basics
• Strength train 2-3 times per week
• Walk 20-30 minutes daily
• Eat Breakfast
• Eat your vegetables
• Drink plenty of water
• Get your sleep
Make the best choices in the situation you are in that will keep moving you towards your goals.
