We wait for it, search for it and hope for it, but it never comes. You tell yourself I will start exercising when I lose 20lbs or wait for the perfect time to start a diet, a training program a career change.

We wait, we wait till later and usually later becomes never!

There always seems to be a better time to start down the road. Truthfully there is no better time to start. Quit trying to create the “Perfect Plan” and at the “Perfect Time” and with “Perfect” information from many different sources.

Don’t constantly look for the next big idea. Be consistent with what you already know.
• Regular strength training
• Daily walks of 20-30 minutes
• Eat plenty of lean protein
• Eat lot of veggies
• Drink a lot of fresh water
• Get 8 hours of sleep

Stick to your plan. Quit jumping around to different programs. Life gets busy and even crappy. It stinks and can be painful.

But keep in mind that crappy things will always happen at one time or another. And it is your responsibility to keep moving forward. You owe it to yourself and your loved ones to unleash the excellence inside you.

And guess what? That will have a positive effect on everyone around you.
