Get Your Sleep
I hope all of you are having a good Spring and making time for your workouts and fueling your body with delicious meals. If you are not, let us know how we can help.
If you are working out hard and frequently, I want to encourage you to make sure you are sleeping 7-8 hours each day, getting a massage once in a while, and using a Foam Roller on a regular basis.
The harder and more consistent you workout you will need to focus on REST and RECOVERY!
Remember long term results come from consistent daily actions.
