Last year, I went through the PrecisionNutrition Level 1 Certification Program in order to be able to offer this program to our clients. I’ve been test-driving it for the last month as a “client” myself, and I am so impressed. I really want to have some of our Personally Fit family join me on this year-long health and fitness journey!
Here’s what I think makes this program exciting: We make fitness work for you. Not the other way around! We want fitness to become an easy and enjoyable part of your life. That’s what we’re going to spend the next year achieving and then you’ll have these skills and strategies for the rest of your life.
It’s a year-long commitment. One year of purposeful, structured sets of habits and lessons. Different programs for men and women. Here’s how it works.
- You will log in to a personal home page.
(This is called a “Today” page, because it tells you what to do today.)
- You’ll get get a lesson to read and a habit – a small task to do.
- You will measure and record your progress.
(This can be body measurements or other indicators that you want to track, such as energy levels or adherence to an exercise routine.)
Every 2 weeks:
- You will get a new habit to try and practice.
- You will upload a photo as part of their progress tracking.
I will be right there with you every step of the way, supporting you, providing feedback, and cheering your progress!
So here’s the investment to finally lose the weight and develop the habits to keep it off:
- $185/month with an annual agreement (that’s less than $42 per week) OR
- $2,000 in advance, which is less than $39 per week.
