We focus on functional fitness and strength training at Personally Fit. By focusing on the strength, balance, and skills that you need for the activities of daily living, we can help improve your quality of life.
Functional fitness is especially appropriate for clients who need to lose large amounts of weight, or clients who are recovering from an injury, or who are just beginning a workout routine.
Our focus is always on the comfort and safety of our clients, and as such, we offer heating and cold packs for every personal training client, and also suggest stretching, and the safest ways to perform each exercise.
This reduces soreness, and pain, and helps our clients stick with learning new, and different fitness habits.
