Here’s a great recipe for low-carb pizza – the crust is made of cauliflower!
2 cups cauliflower crumbles (about 1/2 a large head, run through food processor)
1 egg white
1 cup mozzarella
1/4 c flour
2 tbsp Parmesan
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp onion powder
basil, salt, pepper to taste.
Cook the cauliflower and cool. Mix with other ingredients, make a ball, then flatten out to a 10″ round. Bake on parchment on wire rack for 15 min @ 425.
Remove from oven and and flip onto a pizza round and top with favorite ingredients. Bake for 6 more minute at same temp.
