As new people join the Personally Fit family, I often ask, “tell me why you’re here.” They may answer with “losing weight, building more strength, getting in shape.” And those are important, but what I really want to know is their WHY. What’s important to them?
What is your motivation to change your exercise and eating habits? Why are you ready to improve your fitness and nutrition habits? What is inspiring you to make the change, so you can stay focused on your goals?
For some clients, it’s to gain more energy, others want to get off cholesterol medication, others want to be able to play with their kids or grandkids.
There are not any wrong or right answers. Whatever your answer is, it’s your WHY– find it, plug into it, and let it drive you towards a long-term sustainable fitter self.
